When you make a purchase from www.jillysfashion.com you will receive a confirmation email right away, your order form is processed same day / working day and your item/s are then made to order / picked from stock. Work begins as soon as possible on items that need to be made, if your item is in stock it is parcelled promptly ready for dispatch.
I aim to have your item/s dispatched within 3-5 working days. Turn around time is quicker if the item is ready to go. If I am waiting on a delivery of fabric and/ir other essential materials myself, then this can add a slight delay to production but I aim for things to run smoothly as possible, please remember most items are made to order.

If you have chosen click & collect you will receive a text message to let you know when you can collect your order, you can only collect during shop opening hours; Wednesdays & Fridays 10-5. Saturdays 10-4 each week. Please only come to collect once you have received your confirmation that your item/s are complete and ready for collection.
